Topeng’s Role in GCC Lighting Procurement
Topeng combines Topeng-controlled production with qualified partner-factory integration. A product is treated as Topeng-produced only when the quotation or submittal identifies it that way. For every complementary item, the responsible manufacturer and document owner remain named in the RFQ record.
Four named roles
Responsibility stays with the party that owns the work.
One communication interface does not merge manufacturing, document issuance, design approval and buying responsibility.
Manufacturing partner
Produces the named product and owns its facility, production and partner-issued product records.
Document issuer / holder
Owns the declaration, report or certificate and the models, version, date and scope it covers.
Buyer / consultant
Defines project requirements and accepts technical, evidence and commercial suitability for the intended project.
