Terms for Website Content and Project Inquiries
These terms explain how to read the current website content and what a project inquiry does and does not confirm. The contracting party and each manufacturing or document-owner role are identified in the relevant written quotation or contract.

Topeng's role
Topeng combines Topeng-controlled production with qualified partner-factory integration. A product is treated as Topeng-produced only when the quotation or submittal identifies it that way. For every complementary item, the responsible manufacturer and document owner remain named in the RFQ record.
Website content and evidence state
Catalogue-sourced product information, project-defined capability, reviewed document scope and third-party verification are different evidence states. A page only supports the evidence state shown. Illustrative concepts are not confirmed product models, completed Topeng projects, customer references or proof of supply.
Inquiry is not an order
Creating a summary, opening an email or WhatsApp draft, sending a BOQ or requesting a sample does not create an order, reserve stock or production capacity, confirm a design, or establish a supply commitment. A commitment exists only in the applicable written quotation, order confirmation or contract.
Project-specific confirmation
Specifications, drawings, materials, finishes, dimensions, electrical configuration, optics, controls, samples, certification scope, destination suitability, availability, MOQ, lead time, warranty, inspection, packing, delivery, price and commercial terms remain subject to item- and project-specific written confirmation.
Drawings, samples and changes
A drawing, finish sample, mock-up or golden sample only controls the version and scope identified in its approval record. Requested changes after approval may affect feasibility, price, lead time, documents, production and delivery, and require written acceptance before implementation.
Certificates and project approval
The presence of a certificate or report does not by itself confirm that it covers the selected model, custom version or destination requirement. The document holder, issuing body, date and covered scope must be checked. Topeng can coordinate available evidence; the buyer, consultant or relevant authority makes the project-approval decision.
Reference images and design direction
Reference images are used to communicate design intent. They do not confirm ownership rights, technical feasibility, identical reproduction or permission to copy a third-party design. The buyer should only provide material it is authorised to use, and the proposed design route remains subject to review.
Files and external channels
The current website does not upload or store a selected file. Email and WhatsApp are separate services. Review the prepared content, recipient and attachments before sending; the provider's handling applies after you choose that route.
Manufacturing partners
Custom or multi-category projects may involve more than one manufacturing partner. Topeng should identify the relevant partner and evidence owner for the confirmed RFQ. A manufacturing partner's data, sample, document or production responsibility is limited to the written scope assigned to it.
Buyer information and approvals
The buyer is responsible for providing accurate project information, identifying destination and approval requirements, reviewing submitted versions and recording authorised approvals. Unknown information should be marked for confirmation rather than assumed.
Written project record controls
If website copy, a concept image or an informal message differs from the confirmed technical schedule, quotation, order confirmation or contract, the applicable confirmed project document controls that scope.

Does an inquiry create a contract or reserve production?

Are website specifications and images the final ordered scope?
No. The final scope is the confirmed project version stated in the applicable technical schedule, quotation, order confirmation or contract.
How is the production route identified for a listed or custom fixture?
